Naruto 217 and 218 + Bleach 112

Naruto: Okay this filler….SUCKS! They story follows Gaara and co in order to save….HIS STUDENT WOO! BUT! Whats this…Gaara…being good and nice?! What the hell?! They toned down Gaara so much that he might as well be as weak as Ino-san in this filler. Ino gets raped, Sakura heals, Rock Lee gets owned, Naruto doesn’t do shit, Kiba is actually doing something helpful for once, Shino, Hinata and Neji gets no action what-so-ever, Temari + Shikamaru are having a love-love relationship in the middle of a battle, Chouji is like….I’m fat….and Kankuro is like MY PUPPET DIED AND DIVIDED BY ZERO O SHI-. So yeah. The fillers REALLY suck. And guess what?! Next episode continues THIS! Filler. Hell the only good thing about this filler is Naruto NOT! Doing Rasengan….yet. So its all good for now. Good news is next week will be the last filler that means 2 more episodes (including this weeks) of fillers than to….. NARUTO SHIPPUDEN! Or! Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles! WOOH~ Or Naruto 2 if you wanna call it that. I hope Kakashi Gaiden is shown because I’ve been spoiled beyond belief on Naru. 2.

Bleach: O SHI- so much randomness. Okay this episode was serious…..then had this HUGE! gap of just jokes which kind of annoyed me, but its okay since Bleach is doing hella lot better than before. Ishida pulled a Sasuke (given that they are the same seiyuu….ironically) and Ichigo is like….fuckin’ A! While Sado-kun and Orihime-san are like….what the fuck just happened. Its really fucked up. Nothing really special….just learn stuff about Vaissares (sp?) and Arccuad (sp?) or whatever they are called. Kurosaki Isshin is still….badass.

I DEMAND MORE HOURS!

I wish a day had more hours. I can never find enough time to do anything. I’d get home from school and the next thing you’ll know is its already 6 and dinner is ready. Basically I come home and do absolutely NOTHING! (unless you count watching anime and being ‘unproductive’ something) and after that I procrastinate my homework. Currently I am still procrastinating/in the process of doing my work. If a day had more hours it’d be cool because then we have more time to do stuff. Of course those extra hours will also help me catch up on tons of anime that I need to finish and/or start, which is sad considering I have so much stuff and yet 10-20% of it is something I haven’t started watching yet or its just on hold from my list of MUST FINISH BEFORE DEATH! thing.

Well…I wish I had some kind of way to get through this. I wish I had Geass or a Death Note…yeah…that’d be cool….although the Death Note is kind of going to a little too much extreme I wouldn’t mind having Geass….and C.C. just asking to be raped (because Lelouch won’t do anything I might as well take the initiative….although I much rather prefer Kallen-chan ^^). Actually I wish the whole stereotypes of Asians kick in…you know like how we can make our homework done just by looking at it or being able to shit out technology and all that fun stuff, but I guess stereotypes aren’t true after all (or in that matter).

Well its already 12:15am here and I seriously need to sleep. I guess I’ll procrastinate/not care about my Chinese HW…. orz I wish I was mandarin and could type and read Chinese faster…DAMN YOU AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR KILLING MY CANTONESE AND CHINESE ABILITIES!! >< orz

Code Geass Ep 14

Just watched the 14th episode of Code Geass. Its getting extremely interesting, but I already predicted some of the stuff that would of happened in 14 (almost like Lelouch pulling a ‘Light’ on us and going crazy). Here is an overview of what we saw.

Lelouch tries to find who saw him

Finds out it was Shirley

Uses Geass on Shirley to make her forget him and everything he is connected to

So yeah. A more in-depth summary would be this.

C.C. tells everyone that Lelouch is all right, but Lelouch is afraid because he saw blood of two people. One blood sample was his the other was someone else. He goes frantic and decides to figure out who it is. Calls up the academy to see if anything was strange, but nothing was except for Shirley being out, so he searches Shirley’s room (fuckin’ horney ass dude needs to get laid…C.C. is just asking to be raped, so hey he should get far >.>) and found pictures of him and Shirley. He goes to find Shirley in Narita where she is captured by this dude who wants to face Lelouch in Chess. He has Geass too, but only its a lot cooler and stronger? and reads minds. Lelouch loses at his own game and is about to be shot at. Shirley misses and a whole lot of screaming happens. The dude turns out to be called Mao who is in love and I mean the stalkerish kind of love with C.C. and he got off at C.C. wearing a gothic-loli dress. Lelouch and Shirley ‘embrace’ each other where he then proceeded to ‘Geass her up’. She forgets everything and the episode ends.

Now I knew Lelouch was going to use Geass on Shirley to make her forget, but the way he did it and the scene was more than I was expecting. I also didn’t realize how crazy Lelouch is until 14 when someone saw his face. The next episode (coming up episodes) the lady that was Geass’d first (the lady who got her Knightmare-frame stolen from her) will probably tell the Order of the Black Knights who Zero is or Ougi-san will somehow turn the Order of the Black Knights around against Zero. Either way Lelouch is screwed.

On the other note I must say this.

Mao is too horny for C.C.

Z Gundam: A New Translation

For some reason I was in the mood to watch Z Gundam, so I asked around and people told me to just watch the movie since it wasn’t amazing apparently.

The movies were apparently the series? made into a movie with added scenes to make it more of a movie feel (correct me if I’m wrong). Well as anyone would imagine you’d expect the whole movie to just borrow scenes and boost up quality…well your wrong. It kept the quality of the series with really high quality added scenes. Constantly you’d see really nice computer colored drawings to the old school feel drawings.

The movie progressed pretty nicely. The story follows a kid named Camille(sp?) *pronounced something to like ka-mi-u* who….steals Gundam Mark II (as suppose to Gundam Mark I -.-) and then everything gets blurry from there. The movie had its good line of really weird and awkward situations. Example would be Camille trying to kiss Fa, but their both wearing space helmets…In the end Fa ends up laughing and saying Yaa~ <3 *yes heart is needed* which made me to conclude Camille wanted to have sweet hawt space sex. Other one I can think of is at the last scene when Camille and Fa get out of their mobile suits and start hugging and all. The position they were in …. well Fa was really wrapped around Camille…lets just say they wanted sweet hawt sex love or something.

Aside from those the movie did a pretty decent job at showing the Zeta series (I think since I haven’t seen the original Zeta series) and some parts were really confusing. First off….Amaro wasn’t heard from again after Camille went to space…I was expecting Amaro to come in and be badass, but now. The other thing is the whole Quattro being Char thing. I though Char dies…but apparently not. Also we don’t know if Char really dies in the end…he explodes a ship with him inside and we never hear anything about him ever again. A whole lot of weird stuff happen along the way too…oh well I guess thats what you get for using NewTypes.  I personally think the movie will be somewhat confusing if the viewer had no exposer to the One Year War or even just the old school Gundam series in general. I personally get a lot of the series from playing Super Robot Wars (I just read translation guides to understand what is being said) and Another Century’s Episode (which again I read translation notes and the missions correspond with events in the series thats being represented). So yeah.

In the end I think I’ll recommend this to anyone who is a fan of gundam (Gundam SEED Destiny does not count because it sucked…Shinn and his emo-ness. I will also recommend looking back at the old series to understand the characters and story more (which I will do).

I enjoy the older series more than the newer series of Gundam. Reason is because the old series the protagonist can die or get damaged during most of his/her battles, while in the new one the protagonist can just kill everyone without being scratched or damaged at all…worst possible event happening to the protagonist is either running out of ammo and then using self destruct or running out of energy where you then need to use your crappy knife that can still kill. Not to mention the people who have a face in the series are usually elite pilots that can last at least 10 battles continuously in old series where as the new ones no matter how elite they are as long as their not extremely important to the plot (unless being killed is one of them) they will be shot down usually during the 2nd or 3rd battle for something stupid like…being surprised attack or something.

DL’ed games + Me = orz

Okay so recently I tried to get Fate/Sword Dance (a doujin-fighter based on Type-Moons famous graphic-novel/eroge/H-game Fate/Stay Night) and well…lets just say its not really working…I got two different versions of it and all, but I still can’t figure out whats wrong with it. I guess this is a curse for downloading games >.> Oh well..I guess you can’t always have it your way…considering we’re not the king of Burger King….

In order to make up for this I got M.U.G.E.N. instead (it is a “open-source?” software that allows you to import custom characters, stages, lifebars, etc.). It took me about a whole day just setting stuff up, figuring out everything, finding files, and all that fun stuff. The game itself is probably the most broken 2-D fighter ever…but then again I can make it extremely cheap…like…using Light. Yes my roaster has Light in it and he can kill people with a one hit move…his move list only consist of 3 moves and he stationary from where he stands and his life is drained faster than you can say ‘gao’.

Aside from fudging around with MUGEN and Fate/Sword Dance I decided that I would start playing Counter-Strike again. Yes the game that slowly ate at my soul a 2-3 years back will probably be revived. The only problem is I don’t remember my steam account, I don’t have the hard drive space to do it, and my computer sucks at games beyond belief now….

In the end…I’ll probably end up just screwing it over and not caring….*sigh* I want to watch new anime series…damn my and my lack of hard drives. orz

Bleach…its hilarious~

So after watching episode 111 I’ve realize just how amazingly stupid it was…not to mention how amazingly close to Naruto it was (besides the fact its made by the same company).

Lets start off with the similarities of Naruto.

So Ishida has the same voice actor as Sasuke…well Ishida has no powers and is able to regain his powers from his dad only if he doesn’t involve himself with the Shinigami anymore. Sasuke was given power, but seeks more, but in order to do so he must betray is village…hmmm….this is gonna end up the same I see…Ishida turns bad…Ichigo pulls a Naruto and tries to save him…WOO~

Okay now for stupid and the “what the fuck” moments.

-Ishida: *talking to his Father* I THOUGHT YOU DIDN’T HAVE QUINCY POWERS!

(Oh really Ishida…He’s your damn father…he is a quincy you know…)

-*moment* Kurosaki Isshin….a Shinigami?

(Apparently…Ichigo’s dad is a Shinigami…and a pretty damn powerful one too…he’s pretty smart and hella strong…I “what the fucked” at that moment for him being such an awesome person….explains why Ichigo’s reiatsu is so strong…

So yeah……..mostly the episode was composed of Family traits that would lead to their youth to have powers….I have a feeling the Hollow-Shinigami arc will also compose of their families doing something….this might be interesting.

SO yeah………..Ishida apparently can also chant in German >.> go figure.

Naruto and Bleach Episode whatever…

Bleach’s Bontou arc JUST!!! finished at 109 and I am AMAZINGLY! happy about that. Thanks to this I don’t have to sit through stupid episodes or random scenes anymore…I liked it back in the day were it was more serious…but hey what’d you expect.

As for Naruto…the fillers are just going to kill me. My standards for a good Naruto episode has dropped so dramatically that if I were to re-watch the stupid ones such as the Ramen one then I’d probably laugh so hard that I’d explode from lack of oxygen. Good thing is February 15th or so will be the end of all Naruto filler season and start of Naruto 2…or the anime will be called Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles. Sources from Narutofan.com who got sources from Shounen Jump.

Well I just stop watching fillers for a long period of time (for a good 2 months worth of Naruto/Bleach episodes) and then recently I just started watching from where I left off because something about having all the episodes makes me satisfied.

Tsukihime. Serious Business.

Alright so I recently got Tsukihime and the English patch so that I may learn more of the Tsukihime world instead of reading blogs and sites for that. Its also quite depressing at how much the anime strayed away from the actual story, but I’ll get into that later.

Friday, January 12, 2007, about 5pm-9pm: Played through the beginning of the game till the 2nd day-ish. The game is quite long and it takes a lot of time. I’m not one of those people who got this for the HCGs (although the drawings aren’t amazing either…so I don’t see why people would). It was pretty much what I’d expect in a graphic novel though….extremely heavy text-based….(no shit…)

Saturday, January 13, 2007, about 8-9pm: Played through till the part where Shiki kills Arcuied (P.S. I AM NOT! I REPEAT AM NOT! using the walkthrough or anything … just on pure knowledge of what feels right to me.) and before I stopped I was at the dead-end alley way about to be “killed” by Arcuied (Nice job Shiki…now only did you almost orgasm from killing Arc, but you ran your head into a wall while in a dead-end alleyway ><!)

So the game itself is progressing EXTREMELY!!! slow, but it is very very good. The English patch DOES! have a ‘Safe For Work’ patch which removes all the HCGs from the game and makes it the perfect console port on the PC. I’m using the v1.0 English Patch from Mirror Moon (there’s a more updated version which is 1.1) and it only has a few minor errors here and there, but still work-able.

From what I’ve play so far the game is EXTREMELY! different than the anime. A few things I’ve noticed:

Television Issue:

-Game: Kohaku has a TV in her room
-Anime: no one has one

Killing Arcuied:

-Game: Shiki goes to her apartment which he then proceeded to kill her at her room
-Anime: Shiki runs after her and she’s running from him then bam…

“First meet” w/ Ciel

-Game: She was annoyed by the garden splints and Shiki noticed her working
-Anime: He sees her through the window and meets up later in the hallway

Arc’s alive~

-Game: She smiled at Shiki and was quite friendly about her death
-Anime: She threatens Shiki like no tomorrow, but still friendly…?

So yeah…there you have it. Its quite awesome of a story. I can’t wait for a Fate/Stay Night English patch.

Journey for Phone/Cell Straps

While on a car ride back home I had a sudden “enlighten” moment where I went, “I want a Da Capo phone strap…” and so I went online and googled a bit to find some and for an hour or two I came across nothing… BUT! all hope isn’t lost for I found a Haruhi-ism strap which I want too. One site has it for $9.95 (USD) and another has it for $6.49 (USD). The more expensive one has a pretty crappy picture of it, but the cheaper one isn’t that amazing either.

I’m still searching for a few series to get phone straps for.(i.e: Gundam SEED (Destiny), Fate/Stay Night, Da Capo, Melty Blood/Tsukihime) so yeah. I’m probably being compulsive and just want it for the hell of spending my money on getting one, but hey I could care less… Now to only get my friend to help me order it because I can’t orz

Well I hope I come across a phone strap that I really want, but in the mean time I’ll probably go with the Haruhi-ism one to honor Haruhi and all her glory. May she watch over us in times of need.
